					<description>Hi! thanks for answering something I've been wondering about forever! So, I guess there is no standard or best pan con tomate? I love crunchy bread, so that's what I prefer, but most restaurants I went to served the soggy chewy version.</description>

					<description>The pan con tomate can be either soggy or crunchy. For mee what is important is: good bread, good tomato (and loot of them) and good olive oil (and salt). Them you mixt as you like and enjoy as soon as possible.</description>
