A simple and casual restaurant with a diner feel, serving pizzas, pastas, burgers and various tapas. I couldn’t find anything about this place on the internet after I left Barcelona, so the address may be incorrect. It is around that area, on a corner, real close to the apartment I lived in at the time.

You won’t miss it, it’s the only restaurant on the block with a big bright yellow sign. Lots of people seem to come here for a quick and easy meal.

French fries with ketchup and complimentary olives.

crispy!

Half a cheese pizza.

If I remember correctly, I’m pretty sure they split it in half for us and served it on 2 plates. The pizza had thick and chewy cheese with lots of oregano, and a soft crust.

“Tacos de Queso”

Silly me thought “tacos” meant the mexican tacos with tortillas! Instead, we got thick slices of cheeeeese (tacos in Spanish also means pieces, as in pieces of cheese) and an order of crusty bread.

I didn’t take down the prices that day, but I remember the pizza was around 6 euros? The cheese around 4-5 euros?? And the fries about 3-4 euros??? Nice and cheap.
