Hot Philadelphia roll OOPS!
accident
This roll is supposed to be fried, but the waitress accidentally brought it to us instead of back into the kitchen! Uncut and unfried, we knew it wasn’t done yet so we sent it back.

Hot Philadelphia roll €7.50
fried roll
Now this is how it’s supposed to be. Hot, crispy batter, warm melted cream cheese, barely cooked salmon and soft avocado. Normal, but very yummy.

Combinado Maguro €16.80
sushi combo
Sushi combo with thick slices of tuna and salmon sashimi, tuna and salmon niguiri, and tuna and salmon rolls. That’s a lot of tuna and salmon!

Tempura Ice Cream €4.70
tempura ice cream
They really do look like sushi! Crispy battered and fried vanilla ice cream, sliced into rolls, and drizzled with chocolate sauce.

Ebi Tempura €9.35
tempura
Another photo of their crunchy crispy shrimp tempura.

Paulista Uramaki- avocado, fried plantain, topped with eel €7.90
banana roll
Another one of their “Brazilian” inspired rolls. Soft creamy plantain, with a very strong banana flavor, plus eel made a sweet and salty combination that I really enjoyed.

Agedashi Tofu €3.60
tofu
I thought I’d share this photo since it looked different from the first time I got it! Same yummy tofu but a bit uglier, with a random cherry tomato in the center.

Chocoalte Coulant €4.30
cake
One last photo of this funny and square chocolate cakey brownie oozing with melted chocolate inside.

Phew! That was one long post. As you can hopefully see, the food is pretty good. The waiters are also quite nice, one of them even claimed to have worked in the famous Nobu, in London. So, if you’re craving some down-to-earth Japanese, go to Kibuka!
