Coffee flavored pudding?

A strange bready pudding with a very soggy soft rolled wafer cookie topped with strong coffee flavored syrup. The desserts always get soggy here as they don’t seem to be too popular!

Plain cheese pizza, pasta, and little baked potato balls!

An actually ok tasting but very dry chocolate cake with nuts.

A baked tomato half, pasta, mushroom pizza, and a scoop of chicken risotto.

Their main dish is also not always that great, the risotto was pretty dry.

A cup of chocolate mousse/pudding with chopped almonds.

This dessert actually tasted pretty good! Tasted like their chocolate nesquik ice cream but in a smooth creamy version.

Dried up banana in a rubbery gelatin.

This, by far, was the most memorable dessert! Just looking at it made me laugh! Big halves of completely dried up chewy styrofoamy banana in a completely inedible plain flavored rubbery tough jelly that makes your spoon and teeth bounce off of it. Absolutely inedible! But pretty funny. I wish Fresc Co would just have normal simple super market cake batter mix cakes for dessert or jello!

2 plates.

I eventually started putting lots of red sauce and salt on top of my salads. Fresc Co also became a place to eat tons and tons of peanuts (not pictured) and for attempts at sitting there for hours.

Watermelon, corn nuts, and rocket salad.

Towards the summer, they began serving watermelon and yummy bitter rocket salad with lots of parmesan cheese.

In the fruit section:

Big scary mutant kiwi butts! They also began serving yummy cherries in the spring. They always have apples, oranges, pears, and maybe plums.

My last plate of Fresc Co salad.

A very sad day for the Hungry Chicken. My last Fresc Co meal and my last day in Barcelona, Spain.

Last plate of pasta, mushrooms, olives in pesto sauce, corn nuts, and watermelon.

After a year together, it was very very sad indeed.

Some expert Fresc Co eater tips:
Try not to come at strange hours like 4pm-7pm or past midnight as the food tends to be less fresh and more mushed up and messy.
At peak hours, grab all the pizza you can get or you may have to wait a long time for the next batch!
Clean the coffee cups with a napkin before getting coffee, it’s rarely clean and always has crusty dried up coffee inside.
It’s ok to go back to the salad bar to get more salad and drinks even if there is a line.
Laugh at the desserts!
Don’t eat at any other salad/pasta/pizza buffet restaurant! Fresc Co is #1!
