A girl told me there was this place called Baja on the Barceloneta beach that served really good home-sick nachos and spicy salsa, however, as it was the very first time I ever ventured to that area, I couldn’t find it! It turns out it was much farther down the beach… Browsing menus at various restaurants to find nachos, I settled for this place excitedly. There were nachos on the menu!

Gazpacho soup with small slices of figs and chocolate sauce? Soup was fine.


Nachos

First time getting nachos in Spain. Tortilla chips with sweet ketchupy salsa, cheese mayo-like cream, and mushy guacamole. A little weird… Sadly, this didn’t satisfy my craving for nachos.
